淫羊藿甙对成骨细胞Ⅰ型胶原和整合素α2β1表达的影响

摘　　要：以低、中、高剂量淫羊藿甙与成骨细胞孵育,结果显示淫羊藿甙各剂量组Ⅰ型胶原、整合素α2和β1的表达均升高,其中Ⅰ型胶原、整合素α2和β1在淫羊藿甙中剂量组表达最高。Osteoblasts were incubated with low, medium and high concentrations of icariin. The results showed that expressions of type Ⅰ collagen and integrin α2 and β1 were increased by osteoblasts at various concentrations of icariin. The expressions of collagen Ⅰ and integrin α2 and β1 by osteoblasts in the medium-dosage group were the highest.
