Graves病患者甲状腺组织中T细胞受体Vα基因限制性取用现象的研究

摘　　要：对14例Graves病(GD)患者的甲状腺组织及外周血T淋巴细胞进行RT-PCR扩增,结果显示发病初期和发病后期GD的甲状腺T细胞受体(TCR)Vα基因家族平均表达分别为(4.3±1.0)个和(11.5±2.0)个,提示GD发病初期,甲状腺中TCR Vα基因家族存在限制性利用的现象。Thyroid tissue from 14 patients with Graves＇ disease （GD） was studied by means of RT-PCR. The result showed that the average expressions of T cell receptor （TCR） Vα gene were （4. 3 ± 1.0） and （ 11.5 ± 2.0） in thyroid specimens from 6 early and 8 late cases of GD respectively. The data indicate that the restricted usage of repertoire of T cell receptor exists in the early stage of GD.
