基因重组生长激素对慢性呼衰急性发作患者脱机率的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨在呼吸机支持的慢性呼吸衰竭急性发作患者中应用生长激素治疗对脱机率的影响。方法本院ICU 2002年6月-2005年6月中40例患者，随机分为治疗组和对照组二组。治疗终点为一个月观察期。结果治疗组一个月内脱机成功15例（成功率75%），死亡4例（死亡率20%），血清总蛋白、白蛋白有不同程度升高。对照组脱机成功8例（占40%），死亡9例、死亡率45%），血清总蛋白、白蛋白改变不明显。结论呼吸机支持患者应用生长激素治疗可提高脱机率，其重要机制是增加机体蛋白合成，提高呼吸肌肌力。OBJECTIVE To investigate the influence of the growth hormone on the separating ratio of patients with chronic respiratory failure patients supported by ventilator. METHODS From June, 2002 to June, 2005, forty patients were divided into treatment group and control group randomly. Treatment and observation period was one month. RESULTS In treatment group, the succeed RSV was seventy-five percent （15 patients） and the death rate was twenty percent （4 patients）, and total serum protein and albumin protein had been certain increased. In contrast group, the succeed RSV was forty percent （8 patients） and the death rate was forty-five percent （9 patients） , and the change of total serum protein and albumin protein were not obvious. CONCLUSION The therapy of growth hormone could increase the succeed RSV of patients with chronic respiratory failure patients supported by ventilator. The enhanced synthesis of organism protein and the strength of respiratory muscle are the major mechanism.
