消炎止痛膏治疗痔的临床观察

摘　　要：要为验证消炎止痛膏的临床疗效，采用双盲法对60例痔随机分组治疗，试验组给予消炎止痛膏，对照组给予马应龙麝香痔疮膏。对照观察两组便血、疼痛、脱出、水肿、坠胀、瘙痒等六大症状的疗效。结果显示，痊愈率与有效率试验组与对照组分别为26．7％和90．0％、13．3％和80．0％，试验组总疗效优于对照组（P〈0．01）；疼痛、水肿的治愈时间试验组比对照组显著缩短。结果表明，消炎止痛膏临床适用于内痔、外痔、混合痔等肛肠疾病，临床应用未发现不良反应。The objective of the study was to evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of antipholgistic anodyne ointment for the treatment of hemorrhoids. Double blind method ointment was applied in the study. Sixty patients with hemorrhoids were divided into two groups randomly. Antiphlogistic anodyne ointment was applied to patients in the study group,while Ma Yinglong Musk Hemorrhoidolytic ointment to patients in the control group. Hematochezia,pain,prolapse,edema, tenesmus and pruritus were selected as the indexes for evaluation of therapeutic effect. As results, the cure rate and respondence rate in the study group and control group were 26.7% and 90.0% vs 13.3% and 80.0%;the general therapeutic efficacy in the study group was better than that in the control group（ P 〈0.01） ;and the relief duration of time for pain and edema disappearance was notably reduced in the study group aganst that in the control group. It is concluded that antipholgistic anodyne ointment can be applied to the treatment of anorectal diseases, eg. inner,outer and mixed hemorrhoids;and no adverse effect was found during clinical application.
