摘　　要：目的观察音乐干预对甲状腺瘤切除术患者生命体征及镇痛效果的影响。方法将83例甲状腺瘤患者随机分为实验组43例和对照组40例，实验组患者术前选择自己喜欢的音乐，术前给予使用随身听，为患者播放音乐，持续至术后1～2h停止，对照组除围手术期不听音乐外，其余方法与实验组相同；监测两组患者术中生命体征及镇痛效果。结果实验组患者血压、心率、呼吸、疼痛程度明显低于对照组（均P〈0．01）。结论音乐干预可减轻患者术中的紧张情绪，对稳定患者的心率、呼吸、血压作用明显，减少术中疼痛的程度，使患者顺利度过手术期。Objective To observe the effect of music intervention on surgical removal of thyroid adenoma. Methods 83 patients with thyroid adenoma were randomly divided into tow groups, 43 in music group and 40 in control group. Heart rate and blood pressure were measured and use of sedatives and pain-killers were recorded during operation. Results Heart rate, blood pressure, respiratory rate and pain had no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group before operation （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. But there were significant difference after operation （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Pain in the two groups had a significant group differences （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusions Music intervention can relieve feeling tension, stabilize heart rate and blood pressure and reduce drug aid during operation.
