体外循环技术在回收自体血中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨改良体外循环技术在术中自体血回输的效果。方法利用体外循环机单头泵转动产生的负压吸引术中出血,经肝素抗凝,微栓过滤器和贮血器双层过滤后回输给患者。结果41例患者回收血液共53750 ml,自体血在回收后4 h内全部回输。除1例因严重的脑外伤于术后2 h死亡外,其余患者均痊愈出院。结论用体外循环机回收自体血经济方便、滤过安全、回收率高,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the effectiveness of modified extracorporeal circulation technique in autoblood back-transfusion during operation. Methods Blood was collected, heparinized and filtered from the operation field with the cardiopulmonary bypass equipment, and then was back-transfused. Results Modified extracorporeal circulation technique was used for 41 patients and 53 750ml blood was back-transfused. The autoblood was fully back-transfused in 4 hours. Except one case who died of bad brain trauma, the other suffers left hospital with recovery. Conclusion Modified extracorporeal circulation technique used for autoblood back-transfusion during operation is helpful. It not only saved heterogenous blood, but also reduced cost.
