摘　　要：采用文献资料法、问卷调查等方法,对全国部分地区高校学生参加户外运动的现状及影响因素进行了较为全面、客观的调查与分析。通过对户外运动的理论课、实践课、综合训练课教学的研究,认为户外运动教学体系的建立与实施有助于培养大学生坚定的信念、坚强的自信心和勇敢顽强的意志品质,有助于实现教育部《纲要》的课程目标。高校户外运动课程的设置应立足于绿色体育、余暇体育、终身体育的综合需求,以适应新时期学校体育及社会体育多功能的发展趋势。After using literature and questionnaire survey methods, the author makes a more comprehensive, objective investigation and analysis about the present situation and its influence factor that the students in the universities take part in outside sports in partial area. The outside sport courses, with rich content, scientific and reasonable curriculum, provide wide knowledge, technology and skills. With the research on the courses of theoretics, practice and training, we consider the establishment and implementation of the outside - sport - teaching system are helpful to improve the firm faith, the strong self - confidence and quality of braveness, also help to achieve the goal of the Ministry of Education. The establishment of outside sport courses should base on comprehensive demands of the green sport, the leisure sport, the lifelong sport, to adapt the multifunctional development of school sport and social sport in the new time.
