摘　　要：介绍了聚合物基复合材料的基本概念,增强材料,包括玻璃纤维、碳纤维及芳纶纤维的定义,特点,生产厂家:详细介绍了玻璃纤维的外观特性、密度、抗拉强度、弹性模量、柔性(脆性)、化学稳定性;从化学分析、含水率、浸润剂、纱线线密度、纱线拉伸断裂强力、纱线硬挺度、短切性、分散性、纱线悬垂度、成带性、单位面积质量均匀性、浸透速率、苯乙烯溶解度等方面,阐述了玻璃纤维质量对FRP质量的影响。This paper introduces the basic concept of polymer matrix composites and the definition, characteristics and manufacturers of reinforcing materials including glass, carbon and aramid fibers, elaborates the appearance, density, tensile strength, elastic modulus, flexibility （brittleness） and chemical stability of glass fibers, and expounds the effects of glass fiber quality on FRP quality in aspects of various product properties such as chemical analysis, moisture content, sizing, linear density, tensile strength, stiffness, choppability, splittability, catenary, tapability, uniformity of mass per unit area, wet out rate and solubility in styrene.
