摘  要:目的应用物体识别试验研究母鼠胎盘接种小鼠巨细胞病毒后仔鼠学习记忆能力的改变。方法BALB/C成年小鼠雌雄同笼受孕,受孕后母鼠随机分为病毒组和对照组,病毒组与对照组母鼠于孕12.5d胎盘分别接种1×106PFU/m lMCMV以及等量无菌3%FCS DMEM培养液,后待其自然分娩。所得仔鼠饲养70d,以物体识别试验测试各组动物的学习记忆能力。结果病毒组仔鼠探索新物体所用时间较对照组减少,具有显著性意义(P<0.01),病毒组分辨指数较对照组减低也具有显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论母鼠胎盘接种小鼠巨细胞病毒可导致仔鼠出现明显的物体识别障碍。To investigate the learning and memoy ability in mcmv -inoculation via the placenta induced intrauterine infection models with object recognition test (ORT). Methods : After overnight mating of the male and female mice, the pregnancy mice were randomly divided into two groups: the virus group received sterile inoculation of MCMV suspension via the placenta in 12. 5 day, the control group were injected similarly with aseptic DMEM containing 3% FCS. The fetal mice were feeding 70 days, then survey the learning and memory ability of them with object recognition test. Results: For ORT, virus groups showed significantly less exploration time on new object ( P 〈0. 01 ) ; the discrimination index (DI) of virus showed very significant lower DI ( P 〈0. 01 ), compared with controlgroup. Conclusion: The fetal mice of the pregnancy mice received sterile inoculation of MCMV suspension via the placenta showed serious object recognition impairment, cmv can infect fetal through placental.
