摘 要:目的了解羊水胎粪污染对新生儿行为能力的影响,早期发现脑功能损害引起的新生儿行为神经异常,充分利用早期神经系统可塑性强的时机进行早期干预,促进新生儿脑代偿性康复。方法对108例羊水胎粪污染的足月新生儿进行新生儿20项行为神经能力测定(NBNA)。结果Ⅰ度羊水胎粪污染新生儿与正常新生儿出生3~7天做20项NBNA评分对照,有显著差异(P〈0.05),生后12~14d和26~28d复测与正常新生儿比较无明显差异(P〉0.05)。Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度羊水胎粪污染新生儿与正常新生儿生后三次20项NBNA评分对照,均有显著差异(P〈0.05,P〈0.01)。结论羊水胎粪污染影响新生儿行为神经能力测定,要及早发现羊水Ⅱ度、Ⅲ度胎粪污染,及时处理,降低围产儿的脑损伤。To explore the effect of aminotic fluid and meconium pollution on neurological behavior ability of infants. To find abnormal cases of neurological behavior early caused by brain damage. And interferce early to improve the brain compensatory get_well of infants. Methods: 108 mature infants with aminotic fluid and meconium pollution acceptied NBNA for 20 items. Results: Compared with normal infants for 3 - 7 days after birth , the difference of the 20 items NBNA for the infants polluted by I degree aminotic fluid and meconium were obvious ( P 〈 0. 05) . Betreen 12 - 14 days and 26 -28 days after birth , the difference of the 20 items NBNA were not obvious ( P 〉 0. 05 ). But the infants with I1 degree and HI degree aminotic fluid and meconium pollution, their 20 items NBNA were obvious compared with normal infants ( P 〈 0. 05, P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Aminotic fluid and meconium pollution effected NBNA of infants . I1 degree and HI degree aminotic fluid and meconium pollution should be fond intime and treated without delay, than the brain damage of perinatal could be reduced.
