电沉积镍对贮氢电极性能的影响

摘  要:采用电沉积法在贮氢电极表面沉积了镍。用SEM、循环伏安和充放电实验研究了电沉积镍对贮氢电极电化学性能的影响,结果表明:电沉积镍改变了贮氢电极的表面结构,提高了电极的电化学活性,使得0.2C放电容量提高了35%,放电平台电压提高了50 mV;2.0C放电容量提高了72%,放电平台电压提高了240 mV;表面处理改善了电极的充放电性能,特别是大电流放电性能。Nickel was deposited on the surface of hydrogen storage (MH) electrode by electrodeposition method. The effect of electrodeposited nickel on dectrochemical performance of MH electrode was studied by SEM, cyclic voltammetry and charge-discharge tests. The results showed that the surface structure of the MH electrode was changed and its electrochemical activity was improved by electrodeposited nickel, the discharge capacity improved 35% and discharge plateau voltage improved 50 mY at 0.2 C, the discharge capacity improved 72% and discharge plateau voltage improved 240 mY at 2.0 C. The charge-discharge performance of the electrode was improved by surface treatment, especially heavy load discharge performance.
