摘 要:本文用频卒15Hz、场强150mT的脉冲磁场对携带mdm2CDNA片段的重组pUC18质粒,和携带p53CDNA片段的重组pUC18质粒的大肠杆菌(HB101)分别进行6小时和12小时的辐照,检测其染色性及临床生化指标,并提取辐照组及对照组的质粒,琼脂糖电泳进行比较。结果表明,辐照6小时组的细菌约20%的革兰氏染色性发生了改变,辐照12小时组约35%革兰氏染色性发生了改变,生化检测中,靛基质试验结果由阳性转变为阴性,麦芽糖和蔗糖虽为阳性,但与对照组相比显色有明显改变,琼脂糖电冰结果显示辐村组与对照组质粒无明显差异。提示低频脉冲磁场辐照可能影响大肠杆菌中某些酶的活性及代谢。: The Escherichia coli HB101 with recombitnation pUC18 plasmid with mdm2 CDNA fragment and p53 CDNA fragment were exposed to 15Hz 、1 50mT magnetic pulse fields for 6hr and 12hr respectivly. Their char- acteristics of Gram dyeability and biochemistry were observed , plasmids werc extracted and determined by elec- trophorisis. The results show that about 20% Gram dyeability of bacteria has changed after exposed to the mag- netic pulse fields for 6hr, while about 35% Gram dyeability of bacteria has changed after exposed to the magnetic fields for 12hr. The results of indal changed from positive to negative. Although maltose and sucrase trial show positive ,their dye were obviously tlifferent from the control groups. The electrophoresis bonds show that there aren't obviously difference between the trial groups and the control groups. The results indicate that the low-fre- quency-magnetic pulse fields may change the activity or metabolism of some enzymes in Escherichia coli.
