摘 要:用KOH作沉淀剂制备Co(OH)2前驱体,并用热分解法制备了Co3O4粉末,XRD表明所制备的Co3O4是立方相。采用循环伏安、恒流充放电等研究了样品的电化学性能。结果表明:Co3O4电极在5 mol/L KOH溶液中,0-0.4 V的电位范围内,电流密度为5 mA/cm^2时,放电比电容可达300.59 F/g。Co(OH)2 precursor was prepared by KOH as precipitating agent and then Co304 powder was synthesized by the thermolysis method, XRD indicated that the crystalline type of Co304 was cube. Electrochemical performance of the sample was studied by cyclic vohammetry and galvanostaitc charge-dlscharge. The results showed that the specific discharge capacitance of Co3O4 electrode was 300.59 F/g in the 5 mol/L KOH solution within 0 - 0.4 V potential and at 5 mA/cm^2 current density.
