摘　　要：采用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等研究方法,分析一二线教练员、科技人员对现行体育管理体制促进体育成果转化效应的认识,探讨我国现行体育管理体制的构成与特点及其对体育科技成果转化的影响因素和效应,即对体育科技成果转化系统结构、运行机制和方式产生影响。建议:充分发挥体育管理部门的职能作用、协调科研与训练之关系,走科技兴体之路、建立有效激励机制。The research methods of literature, interview, questionnaire etc. were used to analyze Rank A and B coaches and scientific-technologic staff＇s understanding of the effect of the present sports management system on promoting the transformation of sports scientific-technologic outcomes, and inquire into the constitution and characteristics of China＇s present sports management system as well as the factors influencing the transformation of sports scientific-technologic outcomes and the effects on it, i.e. the effects on the structure and operating mechanism and manner of the transformative system of sports scientific-technologic outcomes. It proposed bringing the function of sports management departments into full play, coordinating the relation between scientific research and training, taking the mad of developing sport with science and technology, setting up an effective inspiring mechanism and so forth.
