摘　　要：从分析基于Web服务文字识别系统的意义出发,探讨了基于Web服务的文字识别系统的设计与实现,提出系统在安全、收费等方面存在的问题。Analyses the significance for characters recognition system based on Web services, discusses the design and implement of characters recognition system based on Web services. It also brings forward the problem of the system need further study in aspect such as safe , charging.
