摘  要:缓冲发泡材料是有许多相互作用的多面体气孔的聚合体。泡孔结构的形成分为成核、膨胀、稳定固化3个阶段,但同时也存在泡孔塌陷、并泡、气体逃逸等现象。为使泡孔均匀细密,须对发泡过程中影响泡孔稳定性的因素进行严格控制。而对发泡机理、成型机理及泡体破坏因素的深入研究,为发泡工艺参数的正确择定提供了理论基础。Cushioning foaming material is a kind of polymer comprised of a lot of interactional polyhedron pores. There are three stages during the process of forming bubble, named nucleation, expanding, and solidification. Meanwhile the gas may escape among different bubbles or among bubbles and outside, which causes the bubble destruction. In order to get uniform bubbles, we need to control the factors which influence the stability of the bubbles. Further studying of the foaming mechanism, forming mechanism, and the factors caused the bubble destruction will provide the theory for correct parameters selection in the foaming process.
