摘 要:设计了一个具有合理激振装置的振动切纸试验台,研究了振动对切纸机裁切力的影响。对切纸机在无启动激振器和以不同频率启动激振器的情况下,对不同类型的纸张进行裁切实验。设计了数据采集系统,对切纸机在裁切过程中裁切力的幅值进行了精确采集。经过数据采集和处理,确定了最优激振频率,验证了振动裁切工艺的可行性。实验结果表明在切纸过程中增加一微幅振动,可以显著减小裁切过程中的裁切力,较大地提高裁切精度和工作效率。A cutting test-bed with an appropriate vibration excitation device was designed to study the vibration's influence on cutting force. Various types of paper were tested in cutting test-bed with different vibration parameters. Data acquisition system was also designed to collect the cutting force strength during paper cutting. The results showed that taking advantage of tiny vibration in the process of cutting, the strength of cutting force was significantly decreased. The optimal frequency for vibration excitation device was calculated by data processing. It is feasible to make use of vibration to improve cutting accuracy and work efficiency in cutting technology.
