摘　　要：目的:探讨传统方药对心律失常的运用,为临床、科研提供理论依据。方法:把经方与时方近年在心律失常中的应用予以总结。结果:发现经方在心律失常中得到了普遍运用,取得了肯定性的治疗效果。结论:益气温阳、活血化瘀祛痰类方药对心律失常具有较好的治疗作用和开发研究价值。Objective： Investigate the application of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the treatment of arrhythmia. Methods：The application of classical prescription and contemporary recipe in the treatment of arrhythmia in recent years was summariged. Result： Classical prescription has been generally applied and of tained therapeutic efficacy. Conclusion： Nourishing Qi and warming Yang, promoting therapeutic action in the treatment of arrhythmia.
