摘　　要：毛泽东善于利用新闻的快速反应造成舆论攻势,以动摇、瓦解对方,动员、鼓舞己方,团结、说服友方,取得革命斗争的胜利;他也认为新闻的快慢要视时机而定,该压的就压,“具体问题要作具体分析”;他还认为新闻报道必须“服从党的当前政策”,如果涉及有关机密或于全局不利,再好的新闻就只能割弃了。中华人民共和国成立后,毛泽东在战争年代所形成的新闻出版思想被确定下来,实践证明,其主要论点和基本内容是正确的,但也有明显的不足。以邓小平为代表的第二代领导集体抛弃了过去“左”的政策,提供了较宽松的环境,但仍坚持了“稳定压倒一切”。后来江泽民提出的“弘扬主旋律”,并以此作为“新闻”、“旧闻”和“不闻”的衡量标准。Aimed to disintegrate the enemies, to mobilize and inspire one＇s own side, and to unite and convince the friends, Mao Zedong is good at using news＇ rapid response to create public opinions so as to win the victory of revolutionary straggles. He also holds that the time for news publication depends on whether the opportunity is mature. The news which should not get published mustn＇ t do so, i. e. A concrete question should be resolved on concrete situational analysis. He also thinks the reportage should serve the Party＇ s current policies. If the news to be published involves secrets or may become disadvantageous to the overall situation, even the best news should not get published. After the founding of the People＇ s Republic of China, Mao Zedong＇ s news publication thought formed during the war period has been determined. It has been shown by history that its main arguments and the basic contents are correct. However, it has some obviously limits. The second generation of the collective leadership of the Central Party Committee with Comrade Deng Xiaoping at the core has abandoned the leftist policy and offered a comfortable environment for news publication, adhering to the principle that stability is of overriding importance. Later, Jiang Ze - rain proposes the policy, i. e. ＂highlight the major themes of the times＂, which is regarded as the criteria of news publication.
