摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法测定匹卡米隆分散片有关物质的测定方法。方法采用反相高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为Phenomenex LunaC18柱不锈钢色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-0.025mol/L磷酸氢二钾-三乙胺=15:85:0.3(用稀磷酸调PH至7.1);检测波长为262nm,柱温为室温,流速为1.0mL/min。结果匹卡米隆在1～200!g/mL浓度范围内线性关系良好(r=0.99997),检测限为1"g。结论该法选择性强,重现性好,灵敏度高,测定溶液稳定,线性关系良好,最低检测限为1#g,故可作为本品有关物质检查方法并定入质量标准。Objective To establish a method for determination of picamilon dispersible tablets. Methods A Phenomenex LunaC18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile -0.025mol/L K2HPO4 - Triethylamirle =15 ： 85 ： 0.3 at the detection wave lerlgth of 262nm. Temperature of the column was 30℃ ,and the flow rate was 1.0mL/min.Results The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 1-200bLg/mL （1=-0.99997）, and the detection limit was 1μg. Conclusion The method is convenient and can be used for determining components of picamilon dispersible tablets.
