摘　　要：依据空间卫星网络分层化设计的思想,提出了新型GEO/MEO/LEO三层卫星激光通信网络结构。阐述了上层负责资源调度、路由表发布和下层负责承载业务的基本原理、网络吞吐量大、鲁棒性强等特点。According to layered designing idea of space communication system, three-layered satellite network architecture-GEO/MEO/LEO is put forward in which the upper layer is responsible for resource management and distribution of routing tables, while the lower layers take charge of traffic. And then its characteristics, such as large network throughput and robustness, are explained in detail.
