摘　　要：通过对超长外露大直径摇摆柱制作、安装技术的研究,对卷制直缝焊管的卷制、安装进行了研究,对钢管的不平度、圆度、坡口角度、焊缝外观、接口等进行了深入的研究,尤其是锥管段与铸钢支座的连接,摇摆柱的安装均很有特点。Study is carried out on the fabrication and installation of exposed swinging column of super length and big diameter, including the rolling and installation of welded pipe, and its unevenness, roundness, groove angle, appearance of welding seam and interface. In particular, the connection of conical pipe section with cast-steel pedestal and the installation of swinging column are quite unique.
