摘 要:工程中钢骨重量超过塔吊起重能力,考虑塔吊的额定允许荷载、吊装距离、现场条件等因素,采用加工车间分段加工制作、现场分段吊装拼接的施工工艺,并结合先进的有限元程序对拼装工况进行模拟计算,加快了施工进度,保证了施工质量和安全,并且节约施工成本。As the weight of steel frame beam exceeded the capacity of the tower crane, after the permissive load of the crane, the hoisting distance and site conditions and etc. being taken into account, it was decided that the beam would be manufactured in segments in the workshop, then hoisted and assembled one by one on site. Moreover, FEM program was employed to simulate the working conditions of assembly. It accelerated construction schedule, ensured the quality and safety, and saved the costs.
