摘 要:通过分期播种和人工气候箱定温处理试验,研究了CMS系Ⅱ-32A自交繁殖系Ⅱ-32A-4的育性转换机制,确定了其育性转换的临界温度.结果表明:Ⅱ-32A-4为高温不育,低温可育,长日对Ⅱ-32A-4的正常育性发育有一定的抑制作用,短日则反之.其育性转变的临界温度为25.5℃,而11.87 h/d以下的日长对其育性的恢复也有一定影响.与Ⅱ-32A相比,Ⅱ-32A-4在较高温度条件下的不育性稳定性变好,天然异交结实率提高,有效分蘖数增加.By investi gating the mechanism of the fertility alteration critical temperature of Ⅱ-32A-4, selected from the CMS line Ⅱ-32A were determined in sequential sowing and disposing in phytotrons at nine temperature point of transition. The main results are as below: Ⅱ-32A-4 show sterility under high temperature condition while fertility under low temperature condition. Photoperiod had an effect somewhat, the longday-length restrained the development of the male to some extent, but the shortday-length promoted its male development. The fertility alteration of Ⅱ-32A-4 was mainly govered by temperature. Its critical temperature point was 25.5 ℃. And its fertility recovery was also promoted partly by the short day-length of below Ⅰ 1.87 h/d. The sterility of Ⅱ-32A-4 became stable under higher temperature. The cross-pollination traits of Ⅱ-32A-4 were improved and effective tillers were increased compared with Ⅱ-32A,
