摘　　要：概述了近期高速钢轧辊材料方面的研究结果,总结了高速钢轧辊材料的成分设计及其元素的作用,各类型碳化物的特点以及高速钢轧辊的主要性能研究。建议加强碳化物控制研究和优化制造工艺,以进一步提高高速钢轧辊的性能。High speed steel has been used for roll materials, since it has many advantages over conventional roll materials. The recent research status and development of high speed steel used for roll were reviewed. The composition design, the character of carbides and the machining properties of this high speed steel material were summarized. In order to improve properties and meet requirements, study and control of carbides in HSS and the manufacture process of HSS roll should be emphasized.
