摘　　要：介绍了ISO14001:2004标准中4.5.2合规性评价要素中组织所获取与环境因素相关的法律法规标准和其他要求评价方式和方法。包括评价人员的确定、评价频次、评价范围、评价证据索取、法律法规和其他要求的界定,以及合规性评价的一般过程。Some introduction are conducted to some laws and regulations related to environment and obtained by organizations in 4.5.2 of ISO14001：2004 and other requirements for evaluation ways. 31% includes the determination of persons, frequency, sphere, obtaining of evaluation proof, defining of laws and regulations and other requirements and the general process.
