摘 要:目的:通过建立耐力训练大鼠跑台运动模型,研究沙苑子对运动训练大鼠骨骼肌组织自由基代谢及对运动能力的影响.方法:将购入大鼠进行7d适应性训练后随机分组,即安静对照组A(8只),运动训练组B(16只),沙苑子训练组C(16只),在最后一次训练时,B组和C组又分成两个亚组:不进行力竭运动组(B1,C1)和力竭运动组(B2,C2),每组各8只.对大鼠骨骼肌组织总超氧化物歧化酶(Total-SUPEROX-IDE DISMUTASE),铜锌超氧化物歧化酶(CuZn-SUPEROX-IDE DISMUTASE),谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GLU TATHIONEPEROXIDASE),过氧化氢酶(CATALASE)活性及丙二醛(MA-LONALDEHYDE)含量进行测试.结果:灌服沙苑子运动组C1及运动力竭组C2大鼠骨骼肌组织的T-SOD(μmol/g)(98.1±16.6,105.5±11.7),CuZn-SOD(μmol/g)(48.5±5.1,68.9±8.3),GSH-Px(μmol/g)(37.6±5.0,34.4±4.1),CAT(μmol/g)(6.8±0.6,3.9±1.1)活性高于其相应对照组B1和B2组大鼠骨骼肌组织T-SOD(μmol/g)(74.2±6.6,105.5±7.2),CuZn-SOD(μmol/g)(33.3±6.0,46.3±4.3),GSH-Px(μmol/g)(34.9±3.2,29.3±3.3),CAT(μmol/g)(5.7±0.9,3.4±0.8),MDA(μmol/g)(2.1±0.3,3.4±0.4)含量低于其相应对照组(2.6±0.4,4.3±0.6).结论:沙苑子是一种有效的自由基清除剂,可提高运动大鼠抗自由基氧化的功能,能使大鼠运动能力提高.AIM: To study the effect of Astragalus complanatus on the metabolism of free radical in muscle and exercise performance in models of exhaustive training rat, METHODS : After 7 d adaptable training, we have randomly divided rats into five groups-Quiet control group ( A), Sport training group ( B1, B2) and Astragalus complanatus training group (C1, C2). We measured rats muscle indices such as the activities of Total-SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE, CuZn- SUPEROXIDE DISMUTASE, GLU TATHIONE PEROXIDASE, CATALASE and content of MALONALD EHYDE. RESULTS: The activity of T-SOD (μmol/g) (98.1± 16.6, 105.5±11,7), CuZn-SOD (μmol/g) (48.5± 5.1,68.9±8.3), GSH-Px (μmol/g) (37.6 ±5.0, 34.4± 4.1) and CAT (μmol/g) (6.8 ±0.6, 3.9±1.1) in muscle tissue was higher and the content of MDA (μmol/g) (2.1 ±0.3, 3.4 ± 0.4) was lower in Astragalus complanatus groups ( C1, C2) than in Sport training groups (B1, B2). CONCLUSION: As an efficient free radical scavenger, astragalus complanatus strongly enhances anti-oxidative status and improves exercise performance in trained rats.
