摘 要:目的考察不同剂量的生脉注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液配伍后配伍液的稳定性。方法将生脉注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液分别按10∶250,20∶250,30∶250,40∶250,50∶250,60∶250(v/v)的比例混合后,检查配伍液的不溶性微粒、pH值。结果随着配伍比例的增加,配伍液pH值无显著差异(P>0.05),但不溶性微粒显著增加(P<0.05)。结论临床应用时,应重视生脉注射液与5%葡萄糖注射液的配伍比例。Objective To observe the stability of the compatibility of Shengmai injection in ditterent concentrations with 5% glucose injection. Methods The pH and insoluble particles of the mixed solution were detected after Shengmai injection in different concentrations and 5% glucose injection were mixed(10 : 250, 20 : 250, 30 : 250, 40 : 250, 50 : 250, 60 : 250). Results The pH of the mixed solution showed no significant changes after mixed( P 〉 0. 05), however the insoluble particles in the mixed solution increased significantly(P 〈 0. 05)with the contents increase of Shengmai injections. Conclusion Doctors should notice the rational compatibility proportion of Shengmai injection and 5% glucose injection in clinical use,
