摘　　要：目的建立反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法测定交沙霉素片含量的方法。方法色谱柱为汉邦C18柱(150m m×4.6m m,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1mol/L醋酸铵溶液(60∶40),检测波长为232nm。结果交沙霉素浓度线性范围为0.1～1.0m g/mL(r=0.9998),平均回收率为96.3%(n=6),RSD=1.69%。结论RP-HPLC法测定交沙霉素片含量准确、灵敏、简便。Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of the content of josamycin tablets. Method To use Hanbang C18 column（150 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）,acetonitrile-0.1 mol/L ammonium acetate （60：40） as the mobile phase, with UV detection at 232 nm. Results The linear range was 0. 1 - 1.0 mg/mL（ r = 0. 999 8）, the mean recovery rate was 96. 3% （ n = 6）, RSD = 1.69%. Conclusion This method is accurate, sensitive and simple.
