摘　　要：目的建立珍珠明目滴眼液中龙脑的含量测定方法。方法采用聚乙二醇-20M毛细管色谱柱,FID检测器,程序升温,初始温度为90℃,以每分钟8℃升温至180℃,保持5m in。结果龙脑质量浓度线性范围是45.44～454.40μg/m L(r=1.0000,n=5),平均回收率为100.27%,RSD=1.1%(n=6)。结论本方法专属性强,灵敏度高,重现性好,操作简便,适合于珍珠明目滴眼液的质量控制。Objective To establish a gas chromatography（GC） method for the determination of borneol in Zhenzhu Mingmu Eye Drops. Methods The GC analysis was performed on a PEG-20M column and FID detector were used. The column temperature was programmed as initial 90℃, then rose to 180℃ at a rate of 8℃/min and maintaineol for 5 min. Results Borneol at the concentrations of 45. 44 - 454. 40 μg/mL showed good linearity （ r = 1. 000 0, n = 5 ）, the average recovery rate was 100. 27%, RSD was 1.1% （ n = 6）. Conclusion The method is simple, sensitive and reliable, which can be used for the quality control of this medicament.
