摘　　要：介绍了船舶波浪载荷(包括砰击载荷)理性预报方法的理论基础、基本思想、计算方法与计算过程,并以一条排水船为例,给出了该船舯部的波浪弯矩和中垂合成弯矩的统计特征值。计算方法和结果可供有关专业人员参考。A unified rational estimation method used for predicting ship wave load and slamming load in random sea is briefly introduced in this paper. The background of the problem is firstly described and then the basic thought, the basic theories, the calculation method and calculation procedure are expatiated on. Finally, taking a displacement ship as an example, the statistic eigenvalues of wave moments and sagging compound moments in midship section are given. The method presented by author should be helpful to the researchers on ship engineering and ocean engineering.
