摘　　要：东欧前社会主义国家匈牙利,经过数年市场化改革和体制转型,实现了国内经济的快速增长和国民生活的不断改善。本文基于匈牙利房地产业的发展背景和现状,探讨并分析了匈牙利政府在国内房地产业相关发展政策及管理举措方面可供借鉴的若干经验和启示。After the marketing reform and the transition, Hungary, an ex-socialist country in Eastern Europe, have achieved impressive economic success. Meanwhile, the real estate market was getting booming. Based on the background and situation of real estate development in Hungary, this paper discusses the practical experiences of Hungary government on assisting measures, attraction of foreign investment, enacting of land policy, alien permission regulation of real estate purchasing and subsidy, etc. The authors also put forward several experiences from Hungary practice on the development of real estate in China at the end of the paper.
