摘 要:随着信用经济规模的扩大,消费信用供给的形式多样化发展,信用消费者的正当权益尤其是隐私权保护成为当务之急。要解决信用消费者的隐私权保护问题,有必要借鉴欧美国家的经验,探寻适合我国实际的信用消费者隐私权保护的法律规制模式和方法,填补我国当前信用消费者隐私权保护立法的盲区。Along with the expansion of credit economy and the form diversification of consumer credit supplies, the protection of credit consumer's just rights, especially the privacy right, becomes a critical matter. In order to solve the problem of privacy protection for credit consumer's right, it is necessary to take reference of experience from the European and American countries and seek the model or method to suitable law and regulation for protecting the privacy right of credit consumers so as to perfect legislation about privacy protection of credit consumers in China.
