摘　　要：基于天津港能源管理信息系统建设案例,论述了港口设备能源管理信息系统应具备的基本功能体系结构,为港口设备能源管理信息系统的构建提供参考依据。Based on the case study of an energy management information system in Tianjin Port, this paper states the structure of the basic functional system for this type of MIS, so it gives a reference for the development of this type of MIS in port.
