摘　　要：TOPMODEL是基于地形指数的半分布式水文模型,在国内外运用比较成功,许多学者认为此模型只能应用在湿润地区,不适合应用在干旱、半干旱地区.介绍了已有的应用成果和模型的理论,并以岔巴沟流域为例讨论TOPMODEL在干旱、半干旱地区的应用,对选择的洪水进行降雨径流模拟,得到的结果比较理想,表明TOPMODEL在岔巴沟流域应用是成功的,拓宽了TOPMOD-EL应用范围和前景.TOPMODEL is a semi-distributed hydrologic model based on topographic index; it is successfully applied at home and abroad; a lot of scholars think that it can only be applied to the wetness areas and can not be suited to apply to the arid and semi-arid areas. Introducing the results of the application of the predecessor and the theory of the model, then taking the Chabagou catchment as an example to discuss the application of TOPMODEL to the arid and semi-arid areas and simulating the rainfall-runoff of the chosen flood. The results of simulation is relatively fine, obviously it is successful the application of TOPMODEL to Chabagou catchment; thereby extending the scope and foreground of the application of TOPMODEL.
