摘　　要：装备保障指挥系统军事需求包括业务需求、用户需求和功能需求,也包括非功能需求。指挥系统军事需求工程研究领域分为需求开发和需求管理。其中,需求开发可分为:需求获取、需求定义、需求规格说明和需求验证4个阶段。研究需求工程理论和技术,才能适应未来信息化战争的需要,保证装备保障指挥系统建设的顺利进行。The military requirement of equipment support command system includes task requirement, user requirement and function requirement. It also includes non-function requirement. The research area of command system military requirement engineering consists of development and requirement management. Furthermore, the requirement development is composed of requirement acquirement, requirement definition, requirement standard illustration and requirement validation. The theory and technology of research requirement engineering are researched to meet the requirements of future information war and the successfully carry out the establishment of the construction support command system.
