摘　　要：影响双向视频教学系统教学效果的因素除了技术因素外还有人为因素,技术因素通过科学系统设计和资金投入可以解决,而人为因素相对复杂,与我们现行的远程教育体制和现状有关,文章分析了这些因素,以图找出问题的症结。The influence factors of the two - way video teaching system include not only technical factor, but also human factor. The technical factor may be solved through science system design and fund investment, but the human factor is relatively complex, which is related to our present distance learning system and our status. The paper has analyzed these factors so as to find out the crux of the problem.
