摘　　要：通过构建基于B/S架构的HR(human resource)系统,分析了J2EE规范下的表示层、业务逻辑层、持久层的主要技术和设计模式,并根据自己的项目需求在不同层上选择了不同的实现技术和设计模式,最后给出了一个基于符合J2EE规范的B/S架构的HR系统设计方案和各个层的实现方法.This paper analyses the main techniques and design pattems of the Presentation、Business logic、 Data Persistence tayers under J2EE criterion. By constructing the HR system of B/S structure; and choosing different realization technique and design patterns on the different layers according to the project need. Finally, this paper gives out the design scheme and the layers＇ realization method based on the HR system which to J2EE standard B/S structure.
