摘　　要：目的了解三峡库区医疗卫生机构传染病漏报情况。方法随机抽取监测点内15家不同级别的医疗机构,调查2005年1-3季度法定传染病漏报情况和报告及时性。结果共查出乙、丙类传染病488例,漏报76例,漏报率15.57%,其中县级医院漏报率6.77%,乡镇卫生院35.33%,市级医院无漏报;丙类传染病漏报率35.92%（36/102）,乙类传染病漏报率10.36%（40/386）;报告及时率为75.00%。结论县、乡级基层医疗机构传染病报告漏报率较高,需加大传染病报告工作的监督管理力度。Objective To understand reporting quality of notifiable Gorges Reservoir area. Methods 15 hospitals of different grades communicable diseases in hospitals of Three in surveillance sites were selected randomly. An investigation of missing report and timely report of notifiable communicable diseases in the first 3 quarters of 2005 was conducted. Results A total of 488 cases of category B and C notifiable communicable diseases altogether were found with 76 cases that were failed to be reported. The missing report rate was 15.57%. The rate of missing report of category C notifiable communicable diseases（35.92% ） was higher than that of category B （10.36%）. The missing report rates were significant different among different grade hospitals i. e. 35.33% in township grade, 6.77% in county grade and 0 in city grade. The missing report rates of health centers in town level, general outpatient department and general inpatient departments were high. Total timely report rate was 75.00%. Conclusion The report of notifiable communicable diseases in town and county hospitals needs to be improved. The supervision and management of infectious diseases report in general outpatient departments and general inpatient departments should be enhanced.
