摘 要:用新城疫(ND)分离强毒油佐剂灭活苗和NDV La Sota油佐剂灭活苗分别免疫带有新城疫母源抗体的雏鸡,免疫后每7d采集血清,用微量血凝抑制试验方法检测HI抗体.并于免疫后第21、28、35 d用鸡新城疫分离毒和NDV F_(48)E_9分别进行攻毒试验,结果显示,免疫鸡的HI抗体水平没有大的差异,分离毒株灭活苗对鸡新城疫强毒感染的免疫保护效力优于La Sota灭活苗.Chicken with NDV antibodiesis was immunized with the oil adjuvant inactivated vaccine NDV Isolated Strain and the oil adjuvant NDV LaSota strains vaccine. After the inoculability, the titres of the serum NDV antibodies were tested by the Micro-HI every 7 d. Immunized chickens were respectively challenged by NDV Isolated Strain and standard F48E9 in 21th, 28th and 35th day after immunization. The results showed that there was no difference between the two inactivated vaccine in immune efficacy. Isolated inactivated vaccine provided a better immune protection than La Sota inactivated Vaccine.
