摘　　要：[目的]提高肝硬化病人的生活质量,延缓病情的进程。[方法]针对病人的诱发因素和心理状态,采用家庭访诊、电话随访、信件随访、定期来院咨询等方法对肝硬化病人家庭照顾者进行两年的护理指导。[结果]指导后病人的生活质量有了较大的提高,降低了并发症的发生。[结论]针对性的对肝硬化病人家庭照顾者实施护理指导,能够有效地改善肝硬化病人的生活质量。Objective： To enhance the quality of life of cirrhosis of liver patients and to postpone the proceeding of the disease. Methods： Aiming at motivation and psychological state of patients, nursing instructions had been performed for two years for family attendants of cirrhosis of liver patients by adopting family visit, followup call, letter and regular counseling to hospital.. Results： Quality of life of cirrhosis of liver patients had enhanced greatly and the complications of them had been reduced after nursing instruction. Conclusion： Aimed nursing instruction for family attendants of cirrhosis of liver patients can effectively enhance the quality of life of cirrhosis of liver paients.
