摘　　要：目的:研制一种新型皮肤软组织扩张器,改进现有技术的不足,既能用于整形外科取得额外的皮肤软组织,又能缩短治疗时间,降低治疗难度,减少医疗费用,可以用于早期修复深烧伤创面。方法:总结Neumann1956年至今设计的扩张器发展过程,在深入研究被扩张皮肤组织学转化机制的基础上,根据传统埋植皮肤软组织扩张器手术实践经验设计出新型皮肤软组织扩张器,可以快速扩张,减少并发症。结果:设计出一种皮肤软组织扩张器,由扩张囊、导水管、注射阀门组成,导水管与注射阀门固定相连接,导水管与扩张囊分开制作。导水管长100 cm,使用时可以根据实际需要剪短,再用黏合剂与扩张囊粘连在一起。结论:使用这种新型皮肤软组织扩张器可达到快速扩张、减少并发症、提高成功率的目的,可以用它来早期修复深层烧伤创面。Objective：To invent a new kind of skin and soft tissue expander for the aims of improving present technology, obtaining extract skin and soft tissue, shortening treatment time, lessening degree of treatment, reducing medical expenses and treating early burn area. Methods：To make a systematic elaboration for kinds of skin and soft tissue expandar＇s histology transformation and experience of common implanting expander operation. Results ：A new kind of skin and soft tissue expander,which was composed of inflatable bag, tube and injection reservoir,was designed. The tube and injection reservoir were connected,and inflatable bag,tube were produced separately. The tube, which was 100 cm long,can be shortened according to the operation and can be cohered with inflatable bag by cement substance. Conclusion ：This new kind of skin and soft tissue expander can be used with rapid expanding speed and less complication. It can be used to treat early bum area.
