摘　　要：阐述了加强高校图书馆部主任素质培养工作的意义,通过分析高校图书馆部主任素质培养过程中存在的问题,提出了加强高校图书馆部主任素质培养的对策。This paper expounds the significance of strengthening the quality cultivation of section directors of university library, and through analyzing on the problems existing in the course of quality cultivation of section directors of university library, advances some countermeasures for strengthening the quality cultivation of section directors of university library.
