摘　　要：本文简要介绍深淬硬层轧辊的结构、热处理技术要求、研制的工艺流程、工艺试验结果及批试生产和使用效果,达到替代进口的目标并取得较好的经济效益.This paper bliefly introduces the structure of rolles with deep hardend layer, the technical requirements of heat treatment, the developed technological process, the results of technological tests and the effectiveness in trial batch production and in application. The object to substitute the import product is achieved and the better economic benefits is oftained.
