摘　　要：论述了在网络资源数据库建设中应遵循的原则和建库的方法步骤,分析研究数据库的质量控制及数据库建设应注意的问题。This paper discusses the principles followed in the development of a Web resources database and the methods and steps of the development, analyzes the problems involved in the quality control of the database development.
