摘　　要：从理论上分析了影响三倍频能量测量绝对精度和相对精度的若干因素。并且通过简单的模拟实验，验证了入射角对平板取样分光比的影响。Some factors that influence the absolute and relative accuracy of 3ω energy measurement are analyzed from the laser theory. And through a brief simulation experiment, the effect of incident angle on sampling divided ratio is verified. Some special technical means to avoid stray lights affecting 3ω energy measurement.
