摘 要:以非离子型聚丙烯酰胺(PAM)、三聚氰胺和甲醛为原料,在水相中合成出羟甲基化三聚氰胺改性聚丙烯酰胺阳离子絮凝剂.对该絮凝剂固体样品进行红外表征,在1100和1582 cm-1处分别出现了仲胺C-N伸缩振动峰和亚胺N-H的弯曲振动峰,说明聚丙烯酰胺和三聚氰胺之间通过曼尼希(M ann ich)反应形成了新的聚合物.在室温25℃、pH=1情况下,用其处理模拟废水(2 g/L高岭土悬浊液),絮凝剂投加量为5.66 mg/L时,浊度去除率可达99.80%.A novel hydroxymethylation melamine modified polycarylamide flocculant was prepared with the raw materials of non -ionic polyacrylamide, melamine and formaldehyde in aqueous solution. The IR characterization results indicated that the C - N stretching vibrant and the N - H bending vibrant appeared at 1 100 and 1 582 cm^-1, illuminating that the new polymer was prepared by Mannich reaction of non - ion polyacrylamide with melamine. The flocculation tests were also carried out to show the flocculation performance of the cationic flocculant. The removal percentage could reach 99. 8% by flocculation of 2g/L of the kaolin suspension liquid with 5.66mg/L of the flocculant dosage at 25℃ and 1.0 of solution pH.
