摘 要:在M111发动机台架上,采用GB/T 19230.6—2003中所规定的试验方法,研究不同油品对发动机进气阀和燃烧室等部位沉积物的影响,同时用五气分析仪随车检测发动机NOx,CO和HC的排放浓度。结果显示:燃用加清净剂的汽油在减少进气阀积碳的同时增加了燃烧室的积碳;燃用加清净剂的汽油增加了发动机NOx的排放量,对CO排放影响不明显,若燃烧室积碳严重,会加剧HC的排放;因为试验运行时间较短,不同加剂汽油对发动机常规排放物的影响不明显,需进一步进行8×104km^16×104km的行车试验。On the Mlll engine test bench, using the prescriptive test method of GB/T 19230.6-2003, the influence of different fuels on the intake valve deposit(IVD) and the total combustion chamber deposit (TCD) of engine were presented. At the same time, with AVL DiGas 4000 Light, the concentrations of NOx ,CO, HC were measured. The results show that the TCD is increased with decreasing the IVD when the engine is fueled with the fuel added the gasoline detergents, that the emissions of NOx are increased, the emissions of CO are almost unaffected and the emissions of HC increase if the amounts of TCD are very great when the fuel with the gasoline detergents is fueled with, and that the road test of 80 000-160 000 kilometers needs to be further carried out because the influence of different gasoline detergents on general emissions of engine are not obvious with short -time test.
