摘 要:目的探讨白黎芦醇苷(PD)对MODS大鼠脏器功能的保护作用。方法将大鼠随机分为MODS模型组、PD治疗组和假手术对照组3组。采用肠缺血-再灌注损伤后12h腹腔注射小剂量酵母多糖的方法,复制MODS动物模型。对各组大鼠重要脏器功能指标〔血清丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、肌酐(Cr)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB),肺湿/干重比值(W/D)〕进行检测。结果与假手术对照组比较,MODS模型组大鼠随伤后时间的延长,各脏器功能指标逐渐升高,并且CK-MB、ALT、Cr伤后3h即明显增高(P<0.05),而肺W/D于伤后6h也出现显著性差异(P<0.05)。经过PD体内干预后,PD治疗组各重要脏器功能指标较MODS模型组均出现不同程度的降低,并于伤后6h体现出显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论PD对MODS大鼠重要脏器功能具有保护作用。Objective To evaluate the protective effect on organ function in MODS rats of Polydatin. Methods Rats were randomly divided into 3 groups:sham--operation group, model group and Polydatin pretreatment group. MODS rat models were established by intraperitoneally injected with low--lose zymosan after rats were subjected to 12 hours of intestine ischemia--reperfusion. Important organ function index(CK--MB,ALT,Cr,W/D) were determined on in all group. Results Compared with rats of sham- operated group, followed by time after injury, organ function index IL-6 and IL-4 in model group were increased gradually. During 3 hours after injury,CK-MB,ALT and Cr in model group were increased significantly(P〈0.05), and during 6 hours after injury, W/D in model group were increased significantly(P〈0. 05). Compared with rats of model group, in all organ function index in Polydatin pretreatment group were induced by Polydatin to effect into rats,the variation and was significantly during 6 hours after injury (P〈0.05). Conclusion Polydatin has protective effects on important organ function in MODS rats.
