广西甘薯生产现状及发展对策

摘　　要：回顾了广西甘薯生产的发展历程,指出当前广西甘薯生产存在着新品种、特用型品种少,良种覆盖率低,栽培技术落后,病虫害严重,缺乏甘薯深加工龙头企业等问题。提出加大甘薯品种选育和引进力度;加强甘薯高产优质栽培技术培训,提高种植管理技术水平;采用脱毒种薯减少病虫害;发展甘薯加工业,大力扶持加工龙头企业,带动广西甘薯产业发展等对策。The development course of sweet potato production and the existing problems in sweet potato production in Guangxi was reviewed in this paper. The problems mainly include the lack of new and special varieties, less growing area of improved varieties, backward cultivation technology, severely diseases and insect pests, lack of leading enterprise for processing, etc. It put forward that the breeding and introduction of sweet potato varieties should be strengthened, the training of cultivation technology for high-yield and good-quality should be enhanced to improve the planting management technology;and the diseases and insect pests must be reduced by applying free-virus seeds of sweet potato. Moreover, the processing industry of sweet potato should be developed and the leading enterprise of processing should be supported vigorously to accelerate the development of sweet potato industry.
